Make versatile use of strength with the ATF-220-5.1
Be it as a taxi crane, with the main boom detached upon arrival or with just a few additional truck loads, the ATF-220-5.1 offers a wealth options for all kinds of different scenarios. This practical versatility coupled with top lifting capacities results in first-rate capacity utilisation and cost-effectiveness. What’s more, its overhaul in readiness for EU Stage V means it now has a new power train with exhaust aftertreatment system as well as a new gearing mechanism. With the new hill start assist and rock-free assistance systems and Drive and Power programs, the ATF-220-5.1 is even safer, more economical and quieter when in use than its predecessors.
It takes less than an hour for three people to dismantle the ATF-220-5.1’s almost 21 t main boom with the optional accessories and an auxiliary crane and load it onto a truck. With a total weight of just 40 t and an axle load of a mere 8 t, the ATF-220-5.1 is then a veritable lightweight and can be driven directly to its job site without any restrictions.
The transport-optimised division of the counterweights makes the ATF-220-5.1 highly flexible. With 23.5 t of counterweight, which fit exactly on a truck, it boasts up to 54% more lifting capacity across a large work area than its competitors. And with two trucks (or alternatively a semi-trailer), even 47 t of counterweight can be transported cost-effectively for outstanding lifting capacities.
Without a counterweight, the ATF-220-5.1 with a 12 t axle load can hit the road without the need for additional transport logistics – with a high-performance hook block and weight reserve for slings. Once at its job site, requiring no set-up time, it makes an impression with lifting capacities of up to 64.1 t and with an unbeatable work area – a radius of up to 38 m and a hook height of up to 69.5 m.
